Whenever I insert a CD or DVD the autoplay feature does not come on nor does the disc appear under my computer.
I checked under the device manager in the control panel and the disc was not recognized there either. Here is the message I got: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) How can I update the drive? Any help would be appreciated thank you. Dorian
