What do you mean? Beat an Ultra? No, it cannot, the Ultra is the best on the market.

handle an an utlra video card like I mean would their be a mjor bottleneck?

Are you speaking of a processor? Why do you want an ATI X2600 and an Ultra, it wouldn't work? I don't know what you are saying...

well my question is should i go with the ultra and a e6750 or a quad and a gts 320mb

remember my reso is gonna be 1900x1200

I would say Ultra and E6750, b/c the E6750 outperforms the 6000+. The 8800GTS 320Mb, from what I've heard, isn't that great at high resolutions. If you could go Quad and Ultra, then more power to ya....

If your asking whether you should get a X2 6000 and an ultra or a e6750 and a 8800 gts, Then first choice obviously.

A gtx/ultra and a x2 6000 would be awesome. I'd only stress the C2d if you were thinking of overclocking.
