Where in Vista can I create a document using spell check?

Yes, I've been using wordpad but it does not have spell check.

Vista doesnt come with a program that has a spell checker built in (neither did Windows XP). The two most popular ones would be Microsoft Office or OpenOffice.

Yes it does, but Microsoft Works costs money.
