Annoying pop ups

Can someone please help, I am running all the normal antivirus software, have two block up poppers on, firewall on and have my security settings set to medium high.

The problem is I am still receiving a annoying advertising pop up, what can I do as I think it is embedded in the system somewhere.
Antivirus finds no virus when scanned.

How about anti spyware and anti adware? Have you tried anything?

Hi mate: do this: Basic Malware Removal
and also download and run this: http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html

i'm pretty certain that this will sort out all your problems, if it doesn't then post a hijackthis log: Hijackthis Logs

There in no virus in your pc. Just go to the tools option in your browser window and select the Internet options . Select the Privacy tab and place a check mark on the Block Pop up's tab. I think it will definately help you.

Go to Add/Remove and Search up a program containing with CiD that might be the problem.
