Official Welcome/Introduction Thread

I'm just curious, but what exactly is the point of this thread, other than to welcome the new guys? LOL, whatever, but this doesnt really relate to computers.

The general chat forum: "Forum to chat about stuff not covered in any of the above categories"

threads in the general chat do not have to be computer related, but still has to follow the forum rules.

And, this thread is meant for new members to introduce themselves. Many times new members post messages introducing themselves all over the forums... this thread was created to eliminate the clutter

I'm Ant, some of you will have seen me posting around the forums already, i'm 16 years old from England, UK, studying computing at college hoping to get on to network engineering. I like my beer and I love my ladies and i'm single so if there's any hot girls on here i'm sure we could hook up and build a PC together

Hi everybody.

I;ve been lurking around on these forums for some time, and I must say I'm impressed with some of the knowledge a few of you have.

Lets see a little about myself, I', 18 and a senior in high school. I live in Western Washington and I'm hoping to get a degree in CIS, specificly Cisco.I know a guess a fair amount about computers, although not near as much as some of you here.
