Question Win XP OEM or Retail?

Hi

I am looking forward to building a new system for someone. we have already decided not to have vista and stick with XP.

However i am unsure on the whole OEM thing for the operating systems

There is a Big price difference, however i have read that alot of people who buy OEM Win Xp get duff Disc's and also one person on amazon reckons his was a once install only copy???

So basicly i am looking here:
Xp OEM £63.50 (USD $121) http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/s...html?MS-WXPHVU

Xp Retail £175.67 (USD $335) http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/s...html?MS-WXPHO2

So i would like to buy the OEM obviously and i would be buying a HDD from novatech so i would quilify for the lience but some of the feedback on the net worries me and this. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Microsoft-Wi...8316698&sr=1-1

Read the only review down the bottom

Hopefully someone can reassume me on this as i dont think the person who wants this computer really wants to fork out for the retail version.

The only difference between the two is that the retail comes with the fancy box and paperwork and the OEM comes with just the CD and key.
