When you buy a Dell, you choose the components.... it's not just them screwing you and giving you a single core, lol. Yes, they do give onboard video, or you can buy a card from them, or buy a graphics card separately for cheaper.

FYI, my parents are getting a Q6600, 500Gb hard drive, 3GB DDR2-800, Home Premium, DVD buirner, etc. All this for $440. Sure, the RAM might not have the tightest timings, and the Mobo won't overclock, but none of this makes too much difference to them. In this case, it is still cheaper than buying parts.
