Red face Corel draw 12

every god damn time i start corel draw it coonects to the net to get update.
since we use proxy down here we get this box

(which is normal as we need to provide a name/password for internet)
but we dont need updates from corel, and if i enter my credentials, it connects to corel, look for updates and says none found.
i don't want to be interupted at startup of the program, is there a way to stop it ?

dont tell me to cancel the box cause it stays there, you need to click about 7 times for it to completely stop...lol

edit: corelDraw is not in the list of allowed in Firewall
