Default How to deny delete permission for folder in Vista?

How to deny delete permission for folder in Vista? I just wanna protect folder from accidental deleting and leave unchanged full access to its content.
I changed advanced permissions for the folder:
1. Removed inherited permissions for "this folder, subfolders and files" for all groups
2. Copied inherited permissions during removing and set them for "subfolders and files only" for all groups
3. Allowed everything EXCEPT of DELETE for "This folder only"
4. DENIED DELETE for "This Folder only" for all groups
5. Change back ownership to "SYSTEM"

After all that i can delete folder as usual. Can't understand what's wrong?
