First get a good Anti-Virus
I use and recommend Free avg anti-Virus
Download it here:

Then get a Firewall
I recommend and use Zone Alarm pro, but the free version is good also and you can get it here:

Then Download A-Squared Free....third one down

Also download Spybot Search and Destroy:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

Run these programs and you should see a huge difference

I recommend getting your antivirus installed, then your firewall
Run a-squared Antimalware and go into safemode and run it again. Then boot back up (not in safe mode) and run it a third time. Run Spybot the same way.

AVG will pick on on certian items as you go along and Zone alarm will work good to keep the trojans from connecting to the servers to re-download and fix itself.

Some may bash this, but it works.
