Okay, here's what I have... my client has five physical PC systems attached, they use DSL by AT&T, they are using a modem and a router a D-Link DI-614+ router and a 8/Port switch.

From out of nowhere... they lose internet connections, they have to unplug the router and modem and BAM! It works again!

Does anyone have an idea what might be the issue... could it be the DSL Modem or is a PC the issue?!

I am open to hear any suggestions?
