Default Trouble with network...

WOW! It seems it happens often than not, merely because the modem (in most cases I see here) is too old. My customer's modem is old too... maybe 4 years at least. They have to reset the modem at least 5 times a day as well... depending on the traffic and the busy schedule of things going on.

So, you guys think that if we replaced the modem it might fix it? Or not?!
