I'd take the motherboard out of the case and out it on the foam it came with with the anti-static bag beneath then remove everything except the CPU, heatsink and power cables from the board. Then try by shorting out the 2 power buttons to see what happens then. You only need the following kit in short:

> PSU
> CPU & heatsink
> Motherboard
> 24-pin motherboard power connector
> 8-pin ATX power connector.

Everything else should be kept to one side. Try this and report back.

i have read over the asus user guide ( Use of a PSU with a higher power output is recommened when config a system with more power-consuming devices. The system may become unstable or MAY NOT BOOT UP. ) and thats my problem its not booting up it turns on and stuff but nothing on the screen ? :|

If you don't have one of those connected, then YES. Plug in which ever one your board needs. Some use the 4 pin, newer ones need the 8 pin.

With out that connection your board will not boot! That is what actually powers the CPU, it is usually located near your CPU.
