Ok that board sees a max of 2g of either DDR2400 or DDR2533 memory. The specifications for the ECS model are seen at http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Pro...uID=44&LanID=0

That's 240pin dimms not the older DDR400 PC3200 184pin memory. I think you mis identified the memory or got some labbeled wrong originally since DDR won't work. There were a few boards not too many that did allow a pair of dimm slots for both types mainly by Asrock....

Don't make an error buying the wrong memory. Besides you could easily go for 2gb of DDR2 533 just for the faster memory and capcacity since DDR2 prices are quite a bit lower at this time. That memory is also gone at this time. When arrivng at newegg no item found was the message seen now.
