Yeah that Antec PSU of yours with 36amps combined should be just fine. That still is good enough amperage for most systems, with a good brand behind it.
As for the 4GB of ram, I mostly agree that it is unnecessary, however if you are playing some of the latest games, having 4GB might come in handy if you have the cash to throw around. At worst, you wouldn't have to upgrade your ram for awhile.
