I reverted back to Ubuntu 7.10 after having installed 8.04. The new release is way too bugy. It's based on the linux 2.6.24 kernel, instead of the previous 2.6.22 kernel, which is why a lot of softwares are not compatible with it, yet!

I'll let the guinea pigs sort out the bugs for a couple more months before I re-upgrade...
