how do you mean by that in bold above?! is it the movies or every including the text on screen...

You may need to increase the "anti-aliasing". What that does is, it remove (or at least) improve the jagged edges round every thing. To do that, there should be an nVidia icon on the system taskbar (in the bottom right corner), click that icon and a small sub-menu will come up, look for anti-aliasing and increase that to the highest it can go...but remember, the highest you go, the more performance from the GPU is required.
