How can I "execute" on windows vista?

this may sound silly and it may have an easy solution, but I just don't know how...

I bought a computer recently with Windows Vista incorporated. As most of u must know, on Windows Xp there was an option on the Start menu that was something like "Execute" (dunno if was that exactly, cuz my windows is in portuguese) where u could execute things like "msconfig", "dxdiag", etc, etc, etc...

my question is: where's that "Execute" option on windows vista? I can't find it anywhere and I really need it...

Start->All Programs->Accessories->Run

just type msconif and hit enter (or whatever you want to run)

it indexes ALL the files/programs/dll's on your computer, and finds them as soon as you type them

sounds like someone's cracking their vista, tho
