Default WHICH RAM FOR p4p800se asus motherboard

i am considering this

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...145-440&depa=1

1gb for 113$

but naturally its out of stock there

this is predominately a gaming machine

I have a p4 3.0e 800fsb
p4p800se Main board
and a radeon 9000 pro 128mb

I know i want at least 1gb on memory but im not sure which to get
i dont wanna drop a bunch of coin but id like to go with a good option

is there a better option than this?

For gamming you might be better off getting 512ram and spending the $50 you save to get a radeon 9600Pro which in my opioun the lowest graphic card you want in a gamming machine.

i went with this

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...145-480&depa=1

i guess i do need to look into video cards now

i know mine is old but i just never bothered to worry about it
I saved 70$ on this ram vs what i was going o go with so ill add that to what i was going to spend on the video card
