What are the specs?
Each time I hear "silent dual fans" it leads me to rip-off cheap PSUs.

Surprised no one has said this yet but...
Those anti-static bags are designed to transfer the static electricity from the item in the bag, so a static charge doesn't build up on the item in the bag. This is atleast as far as I know. Otherwise you'd get static buildup on the item in the bag. But I haven't personally tested the conductivity of the bag, but if its designed to work the way I always thought they did, your attempt to keep your computer protected might have just backfired on you...unfortunately. But I wouldnt know without testing it.

So, your computer/mobo was running fine while it was in the case and now you have it on the antistatic bag its not working right? Am I correct on what you just meant there.
I still dont think it takes the mobo out of the situation. If the bags are "conductive" you have to worry about the solder points and such on the back of the mobo shorting out. Like i said I haven't personally tested the bags for conductivity but it could be an issue. Like I said, they are designed to transfer static electricity off components in the bags. So that way a static charge doesn't build up and you go to grab it out of the bag and zzzzzappp. I just don't know if the outside of the bag conducts electricity the same way...just telling you its something to look out for.
