My buddy just got a new laptop Acer aspire 5315. We are at my mom's store, and she has a DSL modem with a built in wireless router. I can connect to it with my laptop, but his wants to connect to another wireless network in the building. When we see the list of networks on his computer we see a red x by the one we want to connect to, and it won't let us connect. We can't figure out how to get this to connect. We use a key code but I do know the code. Please help.
