If you are not running any SCSI or RAID arrays you can simply right click on that item and disable it or choose the update driver option to have Windows search for the needed driver. It sounds like something didn't copy fully from the board software disk to be seeing this namely all board drivers. A simple update of those could see this corrected.

SCSI is the premium controller for storage devices usually seen when you add a controller card in while in more recent years you see this included on boards. RAID is mainly for using 2 ide hard drives like you would for 2 sata drives with a controller onboard or added in for seeing two drives as one namely one mirroring the other basically two drives sharing one partition. The drivers are simply for the onboard controllers seen there.

When you see those go on Windows won't prompt for drivers any longer even though you may not use any array. You can disable that in the device manager to keep from seeing prompts for drivers there. If you choose the uninstall when right clicking on the item then Windows will prompt on the next step with the new hardware found wizard. The update is the quick solution since that will have those drivers along with the rest.
