when you stay up till 1 in the morning on the day of a major test to finish the bios settings on you're new pc so when you get home you could install ubuntu and discover you can still boot into xp even though the you thought the hdd was fried, but you forgot to take it out and unhook the molex and ide connectors.

Oh, and when you're parents walk in you switching the ram and psu's and cpu's and mobo's and they say, "Son, what in the heck of a place we call this planet is that and what are you doing to it!?!?" And when you put the side panels back on, they say "Oh."
