yikes. you could bend them back with some sort of precision tool, something like a dental pick MIGHT work. if they are not EXACTLY back into place and you try it, it could very well fry your motherboard/processor. its not a slow down thing, its a pop sizzle flame thing.
but i would just send it back. you dont want to risk blowing up your processor.
