how and what do i delet crapware from vista?

I'm pretty sure CCleaner works on Vista, I think my GF has it on her Vista laptop.

What kind of software are you wanting to get rid of? Entire programs or "embedded" malware?

He might mean the software that comes preinstalled.

In that case, 'Add or Remove programs' should do it.

Just pick and choose what you dont want.

Instead of making a bunch of assumptions, why don't you just ask what he means by "crapware"?

yeah thats basically what i ment. All the triles, carp if you will. There are lots of guids and what not, i would like to delet them if they dont do any thing but be guids to something i already know how to use
