Default Help! How do I turn this "menu item" off from firefox??

Here is a screen print:

at the bottom where the menu item bar is really high.

Also try starting Firefox in safe mode and resetting defaults.

m3ffxtbr.manifest does not exist, so all I did was starting in safe mode.
how do I rest defaults? thanks
