Help! How do I turn this "menu item" off from firefox??

at the bottom where the menu item bar is really high.

Also try starting Firefox in safe mode and resetting defaults.

m3ffxtbr.manifest does not exist, so all I did was starting in safe mode.
how do I rest defaults? thanks
