Fax to Email

I want to roll out fax to email accounts for my users now i have spoken to companies trying to sell me this but i dont want to pay them when i can do it myself through windows and also not use another third party software less software the better.

Basicly i have fax machines serveal at many of our branches some major departments have one but mainly departments share one.

I want to get the faxes what come in arrive at the users inbox now because alot of people use one fax machine i need to know how i can route it to a user if possible.

The effect of this would be no consuamble costs ie toners other then whats needed to be printed also no need for new equipment ie fax machines in future and also may be able to size some fax lines to save monthly line costs.

If you know what i need to do then please let me know and what equipment i will be needing and what software i want to use just windows but i do use outlook 2003 which will be where the fex will need to land.

I want to have the fax server at my main site where i am based along with my other servers and route the faxes to the recipients email which i should work once i can get it to work locally.

Outlook 2003
Fax Server
BT Lines used
Many recipients from one number
Be able to send faxes through email also

Use a simple program and a scanner (program will likely come with scanner) and scan them into pdf documents, then email them as attachments or as inline text. Sounds a bit easier and less complicated than what you're looking for, but I think that's all you'll need.

Dont think this would go down with all my users 600+
I am looking for a solution for a corp business not a home solution.
