Bes Timing
what is the best timing for RAM . i was told by someone on this forum that this was good RAM , but is the timing the best, if theres somting better tell me
 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145165 3-4-3-9 and if the numbers are lower , does that mean the timing is faster  and what is CAS latency ?
