Default Usb O/s??

Hey guys i have a quick question, last year i was surfing through the net and i found this site that is able to install a windows-like enviroment onto a usb flash drive AND it is bootable, well now it seems that i need it but turns out that i don't remember the website nor the name, can one of you guys help me out??

I don't know if it's linux like but i don't somb USB bootable linux distros. I can link if you like?

i believe it was something with a "power to go" or something, another thing i believe it was included in the lexar mercury jump drives
