Default Trying to build a new cpu.

Ok I'm totally new to this kinda stuff and dont know all the cpu terms and shit, but i need a new cpu so my friends told me to start building my own. I'm a casual gamer and love to watch videos, picture or w/e so i need something that can run those kinda apps smoothly so i thought why not build my own? and so far i got these parts.

So what i need help with is the rest of the parts to make a decent/good cpu to play games and videos and multi task. I also need opinions about the parts i choose and see if they are good or if they would even work together. All comments are welcome =D

Well since it's in Canada...

An low cost 8800GTS is $269.99 @ Newegg after rebates. If you could turn that into CA dollars then you could est how much it would cost. The 8800GTS should be able to run quite an few future games too.

I would get the 2nd one, cause its the exact thing as the 1st one + an free game!

If you want to get that video card:

Junk that mobo and get an Non-Sli one. Their cheaper

Same with the PSU.
