Default graphics card problem...

uhh...i think i somehow screwed up my display driver...look what my desktop looks like now...i accidently dropped a binder on my laptop,then idk...i rebooted,and this happens now...any help please

What happens when you try to change the resolution?

i changed them,but now the text is 2X smaller..better than before i suppose tho...any idea tho if i ****ed up my graphics card?

I don't really see anything?

Try adjusting the resolution like OMEGA said... Maybe reinstall you GFX drivers?
