Default Laptop help

hi, i am trying to decide on a laptop that will be the best for the price and will not shatter upon impact like falling.

i am looking to spend at maximum of 1600.

i am looking for intel dual core laptops, with windows xp only ... i hate windows vista.

yes i am going to play some games so i would not like the intel video cards since they don't perform that good

battery like should be 2 hours on dvd watching

thanks yall ... this is my first post, and i look forward to being part of this online community.
