Question what is memtest?

what is memtest, and is it something i should be running regularly?

Memtest is exactly what it sounds like, it tests your memory for errors.

Memtest can be ran in windows, sure. Memtest86, on the other hand, needs to be put on a floppy and ran at system boot.

It's a program that you have to install. It's not included.

Okay,

1. Download this program: http://hcidesign.com/memtest/MemTest.zip
2. Unzip it to anywhere
3. Run the unzipped program.
4. Bow to my skill, just kidding
