Angry HELP ME! delete annoying message!!

I recently installed virgin media broadband onto my pc when getting connected again, but seemed to have a problem (its sorted now!) so my bright idea at the time, knowing not a lot about computers! was to install my old NTL install disk i also had a problem so i cancelled the set up and now every time after starting my pc I’m getting a message/pop up? saying Broadband installer Reboot Helper. I just want to get rid of it!
I’ve been looking in task manager and found that its called Recover from Reg.... i can only seem to end it temporarily. Please help me make it permanent

Thanks to anyone who'll help.

Download CCleaner. If your problem is a registry issue, you can fix your registry with this application. Before you run a registry fix, CCleaner will ask you if you want to backup your registry - you should. You never know, things might get hosed up.
