Default How can I turn off Windows ,,welcome" window?

Hi, I would turn off Windows ,,welcome window" (attachment). On my computer is only one account so this window is irritating. can u tell me how can i turn it off?

try this
Select Run from the Start Menu, type control userpasswords2, and click Ok.
Turn off the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer option, and click Ok.
