which one is better and around how much should i pay for them (pay for each item in £ please) thanks

... both are around the same. I doubt that any 7600 will be able to use all the 512MB of that memory...

The 256MB version is better because it has higher memory speed

That's true, but slightly lower latencies do not necessarily mean greater performance. In fact, even significantly lower latencies result in a disappointedly low gain.

Either or, IMO. Ebay is not the best place to buy from regardless. I've been bamboozled there! Broken games, used; In stead of the advertised "new", these scams cannot be fully avoided when using a site of such nature.
