Default Software to burn CD !!!!!!

I need software that burns CD that make the cd normaly 700MB to be...what i mean is i have a movie that is 705 mb or 701 and the CD is only 700 MB and i cant burn it can anybody tell me some software or something that i can burn them on CD's no matter if the software i have to pay for it or it's free or tell me way how i can burn them i have nero 8.0 ( the newest version) if there is a possible way on it that works too....Thanks

You will have to overburn that disk, if possible. Or you can buy 90 or 99 minutes disks and burn it on there. Again if your burner supports it. A final option is to re-encode the movie to a lower bitrate.

you need to convert the movie into a format that will fit on your 700mb cd.
why not make a divx disc, it works well even if your movie is 705 or 710mb
