I've been searching for a program that can allow me to convert executable files (.exe) to batch files (.bat)

Not looking for anything necessarly free, I am willing to pay for this program, if there is such one.

why do you need to convert them? (I'm just curious)

Also, when I made a batch file at school, the school "tech guy" (that supposably knows everything) said that if ran, the file would screw up the computer....funny, because I had run it multiple times, and amazingly, all it did was open command prompt and ask a yes/no question.
