Would it be a bad idea to have Vista as my only OS, and get rid of XP?

whats so good about those vista colour shcemes anyways ?
it sucks bad, the red clour is very bad, i like the fact that you can choose you own colour but that does not make up for vista's laziness

Is Vista 64bit Home Premium worth getting for £60 - $120
Depend on what you want from you rig, if you like the eye candy then yes. Since you dont have a dx10 card I cant see any advantage other than appreance Is there any problems with getting a 64Bit OS, especially Vista? no Is 2GB of RAM enough, 4GB overkill? 2gb is ok, if you have ram intensive apps then youll need more. eg ram intensive gaming Is OC'ing with all RAM slots in use bad? no problems Would it be a bad idea to have Vista as my only OS, and get rid of XP? if you make the more i dont see why you would keep the old xp version as it just eats up space. It a question of whether you think you will need it or not. There arent really too many legacy issues with vista, not that im aware...but i still run XP
