What do you mean by video preview?
Do you mean Video editing?

I assume youre on a PC.
If you mean video editing, I think the common ones are pinacle at entry level and avid at pro level. If youre taking about watching a TV tuner card...Windows Media Center does that. (Not sure about vista). Often the cards come with software. Sorry, i dont think im understanding your question

hmmm not quite video editing...
just like if someone want to know what inside the video minute to minute... before they download it... so the video preview software will create the picture preview what is inside the video minute one, minute two and so on... i looked on google but not find it... ![]()

yeah i understand what you mean but your request is really odd, i mean,lets say you go to a site with a video, and u want to preview the video, its the site that should give you access to peek at the video..i've never heard of any software that can do that
