Default Mic eq

i have this really annoying low pitched interference that my mic picks up. atm i've got a lead which grounds me and that solves it but it's v anoying having this thing attached to my wrist. Does ne1 know ne simple prgrams i can use so i can eq the mic signal and cut the bass?
