disable background noise

How do you disable background noise when playing a song in chatroom? I mean I'm using a microphone and I don't want other sounds except just the song. Any software does this?

That's what happens when you put an speaker next to a mic. You aren't supposed to do that, and shame on you for doing it in a chatroom and subjecting innocent people to it. Stop that.
