Hi there.
Whenever I first launch an audio program such as Itunes, there is one loud pop from my speakers. I know its not the speakers as I have tried different ones and it still happens. It will only occur the one time either when I launch the program or when I go to play the first track. After this, it is perfectly fine. Any ideas why this is happening? My setup is Windows XP with Athlon XP 3200, Nforce motherboard, Echo audiofire 4 soundcard, all drivers are upto date. Cheers |

I've never heard of that brand. It could just be an crappy card, or the drivers are that great..

Thanks for replying...
Card was £250 quid. If you are into music production you would have heard of it. Very well respected. I suppose the drivers could be a possibility. They are up to date though and I've not heard others report this problem so its unlikely. Any other ideas? |
