Default first build need help on deciding on a motherboard

I think I have my build planned out. This will be for general computer use and the rare game might be played. I just dont know anything about motherboards and I need your help. I will be overclocking the e2160 . Please help me decide. I will be purchasing everything from directcanada so it has to be something they offer. I have listed all the components and some motherboards I saw there that looked good. I eventually will upgrade to a quad so I want the motherboard to be compatible with that. I also realize that the OCZ platinum RAm and the PSU are overkill but with the rebates they are the same price as lower components. Is this PSU good? Are these components compatible?
Thanks

You may consider this GPU as well. I though nVIDIA use less power than ATI...
