Default Need a Multifunction 5.25" bay that plugs into Motherboard

I've been looking at Multifunction 5.25" bays. You know, so that I can have USB, Audio jacks, and flash readers up front. There are lots available at many websites, but almost all of them seem to work in this manner:

They run out of the computer's back panel and plug into the motherboard's back USB and speaker slots instead of plugging straight into the motherboard like most front panels I've worked with. Does anyone know of good bays that plug into the motherboard? I've been looking forever. Please help. Thanks!

There are tons of them on newegg available. Here is just one.

SABRENT CRW-UINB 52-in-1 USB 2.0 Internal Card Reader w/ USB 2.0 Port

They all hook up to an internal usb connection on your motherboard.

Audio jacks would be a different thing. I don't think they make one with audio that also does flash media and all of the other stuff.

"edit" I was wrong, here is one with audio as well. I think it plugs into the audio jacks on your motherboard, or onto your sound card.

VIZO VIZO-MTP-201 Master Panel II W/Card Reader

"second edit" The second one I posted does require cables going to the back of your system to hook up the audio and mic, but the other connections are inside the computer.
Heres a couple of reviews for that item.

Thanks for your efforts Paratwa. I'll take a look at these and keep researching. It just seems to me that there must be an ideal bay out there. Some company surely made one that is completely internal. since all the ports are there.

EDIT: AH! here's one! http://www.ultraproducts.com/product...&productID=471
At Ultra's site you can download the instructions, and according to those, the only thing that needs to run through the back is the S/PDIF plug. I won't be using that. so this bay would be perfect.

I'm looking, but its on backorder almost everywhere or way expensive. if only Newegg had it... I need it in black. Tigerdirect only has it in white. let me know if you find it from a respectable site in black at a good price.
