PC Cam plz help

I have a Creative PcCam300 and i whant when i have it pluged on my pc to be able to watch (see) on my monitor what my pc cam is seing right now.
Is there a programm for that ? I tried the official web site and the drivers but nothing. PLz help

there should be a program that came with the camera for that. if not download AMCap
