IMO, it's not worth it, because you can get it for free, at least a trial/shareware.

Yeah, I thought it was free when I tired it. Plus there's that small mod someone posted here fairly recently that allowed for some pretty decent alterations.

lol, WB is not worth it at all, first off cause all of its theme is really lame and ugly, you're better of using talisman desktop or use normal msstyle with IconPackager

I paid the 20 bucks for WB5 and I was all stocked to have it. Then I got tired of the different skins - because I found that although there are a lot of them and many of them look cool, they each had little details that I didn't care that much for. There were very few that I really actually liked and would use. The WB fever lasted for about 2 months and then I went back to free msstyles from Deviantart with the uxtheme.dll patch. There are also free programs (like patrikv said), that will change the icons for you.
However if you go with WB then just pay the 20 bucks because the trial has some limitations that probably get on your nerves.
