Default internet S.L.O.W

ok. at my job. we "should have" a full T1 with covad. but it is getting to the point where we get <512 kbps. we only have like 20-30 people on the network. is there a way to test if someone is "hogging" the network? or what do you suggest. resetting the t1 router helps for a min but it goes back.

If you can see this, you have WAY TOO much time on your hand. Or you're a mod going through my sig. But if you do, copy and past this in your sig.

Well seeing as how T1 is 1.544Mbps up/down, I wouldnt doubt you're getting 512Kbps with 20-30 people, especially if some of those people are downloading large amounts of data.

If you're just a client then I dont believe there is a way, however depending on how "high tech" your equipment is, you may be able to monitor network traffic and see which device is using the most bandwidth.
