Default Help: Update BIOS for an old laptop.

Help I need updated BIOS for my Old IBM Thinkpad 315ED. I hope somebody can help me here about my problem.
My Old Laptop have PCMCIA Slot and I brought a PCMCIA USB Slot so that I can maximize its usage. Unfortunately there is a need to update the BIOS so that it conforms with my laptop. I can't find an updated BIOS... I hope somebody can help me here!

I have an old Thinkpad that I still use so I felt compelled to try to help.

This is all I can find and it's from Lenovo's Japanese site so I'm not sure what implications that will involve.

Also I've forgotten the intricacies of pcmcia cards but remember there being two distinct types. Just make sure that's compatible first.

Cheers
