Default Excel help part 2

So one of my co-workers (again) pressed some sort of keys together on her keyboard, now excel is messed up, check below
Z = q
q = a
a = q
w = z
: =m
m = ,

etc,
i tried google a bit but to no avail, does anybody know the shortcut use for those keys that it got messed up.

edit : it works fine in word or access or any application !!
ive check keyboard in regionla settings but keyboard settings are ok
